LAUNCH EVENT AND COMMUNICATION

FRESH AIR ON THE MARKET WITH HUGE EMOTIONS

In the late August 2018, we were approached by Hamburg based fashion company About You to take part in the pitch to launch About You brand on the Czech market covering Public Relations, Influencers cooperation and launch event for selected guests. We were lucky enough to win this pitch and that’s where our biggest journey with amazing team on the About You side has started.

We were responsible for communications strategy as well as event concept and guest list management covering suggested VIP guests, celebrities and influencers with the aim to participate at the About You launch event which took place in Prague on October 9, 2018. It resulted in the most spoken event and campaign of the autumn with many opinions but also many rumours. With the event, we even reached out to TMBK– famous satiric Instagram account parodying situations influencing mass society.

Organisation of interviews with Tarek Müller, CEO of About You with selected economic, lifestyle and marketing media. Preparation and distribution of press releases for economic and lifestyle media covering launch and explaining About You personal shopping experience.

It resulted in 64 outcomes, 3 in TV, 15 in printed media and 46 in onlinemedia covering economic, fashion retail, marketing and lifestyle magazines.

EVENT

Event concept and production covering program, set up, red carpet, catering, moderator etc.

INFLUENCERS

Search for VIP influencers, celebrities and micro influencers – invitation and guest management process including deals and the posting management.

As the client requirement was to reach literally everyone in the Czech Republic by social media, the guests were chosen accordingly. Overall the event was perceived very well and as something what has never happened before in terms of composition of people at the event.
