Zalando collaborated with KVIFF for the first time in 2026. Friendly Friends crafted a comprehensive 360° activation strategy, encompassing social media strategy, influencer management, content creation, on-site event activations, red carpet activations, and festival newspaper. We managed the entire project from initial concept to on-site production execution.
